I started this ring to connect bloggers from WI. After looking for a ring or something of the sort, I couldn't find one. (Well, I did, but it was way out of date, and the person seems to have forgotten about it). [Edit: It was pointed out that the ring that I found was current. I believed when I found it that it wasn't, because nobody had joined since 2003. I figured that it was old and out of date.Also, because a few months back I tried to join, had the code on my website and never was admitted.]
We all know what its like to live in WI, and we all blog about it. Basically that's the requirement to be in the ring.
Here's the formal rules:
1) Ya gotta be in Wisconsin. Right now.
2) Your site must be decent. I don't care about swearing and whatever, but no porn or something like that.
3) That's about it. If there are more rules needed, well, then I will add them.
